Based in the Tasman Area, Aotearoa/New Zealand, I provide holistic healing and empowerment for women, both in-person and online.

I am a Birth Doula, Menstrual Cycle Coach, and Ceremonialist working for a world where everyone feels at home in their body, where the birth of our babies is respected, and our sovereignty and cyclical nature is honoured.

My intention is to reawaken reverence for the womb space, supporting women to tune in, trust, and express the loving wisdom that lies outside the human mind.

My offerings are a distillation of my own ten year healing journey, passion-led studies, as well as the combined wisdom of the hundreds of woman I have supported over the years.
