What is menstruality mentorship?
As a Menstruality Mentor, I journey alongside you through the full expansion and depths of your cycle. I provide safe space, guidance, education, intuitive reflections, rituals, and practices for transformative healing.
Many of us carry deep-seated trauma in our womb space, distrust in the feminine, and shame around our bleeds and bodies. There can be a lot to discover and I ensure your process is gentle, sustainable, and surrounded with love.
My intention is to facilitate a deep love for your cyclic nature, trust in the wisdom of your body, and for each cycle to bring you into greater alignment with your authentic self.
